Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 to inter-alia consider/approve the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter / nine-months ended December 31, 2025.
