The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.48 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4833.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 81.04 per cent at Rs 25.87 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 90.42 per cent to Rs 25.04 crore from Rs 13.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 90.54 per cent at Rs 6.65 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.66 per cent to Rs 0.84 crore as against Rs 1.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.32 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 32.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.35 crore
