PVV Infra Ltd on Thursday said it has received another order worth Rs 7 crore for construction of prefab school toilets under Swachh Vidyalay Abhiyaan programme from NTPC.

The contract is for the construction/installation of pre-fabricated toilets in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Rajasthan, the company said in a statement.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company informed, “It has received an additional order for construction of prefab toilets under Swachh Vidyalay Abhiyaan programme from NTPC for construction/installation of pre-fabricated toilets in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Rajasthan.”

Further, the company has to complete the contract on or before July 16, 2015, it added.

PVV Infra (formerly known as Thirthankar Infra), a listed company on Regional Stock Exchanges, was incorporated on July 07, 1995 in the name and style as Twin Cities Infotech. The company later shifted its objects from Software training to Infrastructure Services.

Meanwhile, shares of the company closed at Rs 14.65 apiece, up 0.69 per cent, from previous close on BSE.
