Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, consequent to the appointment of Ms. Gunjan Rameena as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. 1st January, 2026, has authorized the following KMP forming part of the Disclosure Committee to determine the materiality of an event or information and for its disclosure to Stock Exchanges in accordance with Board approved policy on materiality for disclosure to Stock Exchanges.
