HPL Electric & Power has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended December 31, 2025

As of December 2025, 72.66% is owned by Indian Promoters and 27.34% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of HPL Electric & Power company are Hpl India Limited (175.73 lakhs shares / 27.33%), Hpl Electronics Private Limited (116.52 lakhs shares / 18.12%), Lalit Seth (80.30 lakhs shares / 12.49%), Hpl Holdings Private Limited (28.43 lakhs shares / 4.42%) and Gautam Seth (22.32 lakhs shares / 3.47%).

Out of 467.19 lakhs shares, Promoters of HPL Electric & Power Company has over 7.30 lakhs (1.56%) shares on pledge as of December 31, 2025.
