CMS Info Systems Limited, India’s leading business services company providing logistics and technology-led solutions, has won a landmark Rs 1,000 crore integrated cash solutions contract from State Bank of India.
The 10-year contract covers around 5,000 bank-owned ATMs across India and marks the first instance of a public sector bank awarding a large-scale, direct cash outsourcing mandate of this nature. The project, scheduled to go live in January 2026, will include end-to-end managed services aimed at improving cash efficiency and ensuring higher ATM uptime, benefiting millions of SBI customers nationwide.
The order highlights banks’ growing preference for integrated outsourcing solutions and further strengthens the long-standing relationship between CMS and SBI. The association builds on CMS’s execution of several large and complex projects for the bank, including the multi-vendor software solution ALGO MVS™, the vision AI solution HAWKAI™, and managed services for ATM operations.
Commenting on the development, Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer at CMS Info Systems, said the landmark contract is expected to deliver incremental revenue growth of about ?500 crore over its tenure. He added that a significant portion of India’s ATM network faced disruptions in 2025, during which CMS played an active role in stabilising ATM operations for several banks. This long-term engagement with SBI, he noted, will provide stability and consistently high-quality services, enabling seamless self-service banking for millions of consumers.
