Ahasolar Technologies Limited has received a work order for consultancy services relating to an 875 MW solar photovoltaic power project in Rajasthan. The order has been awarded by CIL Rajasthan Akshay Urja Limited.

The contract involves providing Owner’s Engineering and Project Management Consultancy (OEPMC) services for the 875 MW solar project being developed at RVUNL’s 2,000 MW Solar Park located at Pugal in Bikaner district, Rajasthan. The consultancy assignment is valued at approximately Rs 1.18 crore and is to be executed over a period of 18 months.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. The company also clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity. The project strengthens Ahasolar Technologies’ presence in large-scale solar park consultancy and reinforces its role in India’s renewable energy infrastructure development.
