POCL Enterprises - Intimation Regarding Letter Sent To The Shareholder To Furnish PAN And KYC Details

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to SEBI Master Circular dated May 7, 2024 and circular dated June 10, 2024 the Company has intimated to the shareholders holding shares in physical mode about their incomplete PAN and KYC details to claim their dividend amount.
