Indian Oil Corp has declared 50% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. on Friday, 12 December 2025, has announced Interim dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 18 December 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 December 2025.

The last five dividends are 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 August 2025), 70% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 July 2024), 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 November 2023), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 July 2023) and 24% Final dividend (Ex Date : 11 August 2022).
