The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the grant of 7000 options to an employee at an exercise price of Rs. 546 per option convertible into equal number of equity shares on exercise of option. The grant shall be governed by the terms and conditions of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014.
