Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services company, has announced the acquisition of US-based Coastal Cloud in a deal valued at USD 700 million.

With this acquisition, TCS will become one of the top five Salesforce advisory and consulting firms globally, significantly enhancing its capabilities in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The company said the move also strengthens its strategic position to lead AI-first, agent-driven transformation initiatives, according to an official statement.
