KEI Industries - Update On Trial Production/Commercial Production At New Manufacturing Facility At Sanand (Ahmedabad), Gujara

This is in continuation of our intimation dated July 22, 2025, October 15, 2025 and December 01, 2025 pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 inter alia regarding Sanand (Ahmedabad) Gujarat, Capex for Manufacturing of LT/HT & EHV Cables.\r\nWe are pleased to inform you that today the Company has started First Phase of Commercial Production for LT/HT Cables at its green field unit located at plot no. 1012-1023 Sanand-II, BOL Engineering Industrial Estate GIDC, Ahmedabad- Gujarat 382170.\r\nThe details of existing production capacity of the Company and capacity addition at sanand unit is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1, pursuant to disclosure under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
