Veeram Securities - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the BSE has approved the final name change application of the company from Veeram Securities Limited to Viram Suvarna Limited.
