Dabur India Limited has informed the Exchange about Receipt of Observation Letter with 'no objection' from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in relation to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sesa Care Private Limited with and into Dabur India Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
