Happiest Minds Technologies Limited, an AI-led digital engineering and “Mindful IT” company, has been recognised for the third consecutive year among the 2025 Avtar and Seramount Best Companies for Women in India in the IT sector. The company has also been honoured as an ‘Exemplar of Inclusion’ in the 2025 Most Inclusive Companies Index, highlighting its strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Avtar and Seramount assess organisations on inclusive policies, representation, leadership development, and measurable progress toward equity. Happiest Minds earned both distinctions from a competitive pool across industries, reflecting its continued investment in inclusive leadership, mentorship programs, equitable access to opportunity, and fostering a culture of belonging.
Co-Chairman & CEO Joseph Anantharaju said the repeat recognition reinforces the company’s long-term focus on diversity and inclusion, supported by initiatives such as leadership development, mentorship, the Women in Break program, and AURA, the women’s leadership development platform. Chief People Officer Sachin Khurana noted that inclusion is embedded in the company’s everyday practices, with dedicated efforts toward women and people with disabilities. Deepti Moolya, Director and DEIB Lead, added that consistent, intentional actions—particularly through programs like Aura—continue to advance representation and empowerment.
Happiest Minds has received several recent accolades for its people-first culture, including being listed in India’s Best Workplaces for Women (Top 100) 2024 by Great Place To Work, AIM’s 50 Best Firms for Data Scientists 2024, and Gold and Silver awards for Talent Acquisition and Future of Work at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2024.
