Asian Paints Ltd. - Setting Up Of Second Paint Manufacturing Facility In United Arab Emirates ('UAE') By Berger Paints Emirat

Berger Paints Emirates Ltd Co (LLC), a step down subsidiary of Asian Paints International Private Limited, Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, proposes to set up 2nd manufacturing facility in UAE with an investment of AED 140 million (approximately INR 340 crores) having initial capacity of 55,800 KL/A. The facility will be spread across 100,000 sq.m. within Khalifa Economic Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
