M/s Kamaljyot Investments Limited and M/s Excel Bio Resources Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of M/s Excel Industries Limited, has divested their entire shareholding of 1999 shares each in M/s Mobitrash Recycle Ventures Private Limited (MRVPL), Associate Company of Excel Industries Limited to Mr. Ashwin Shroff.\r\n\r\nAccordingly MRVPL ceases to be an Associate Company of Excel industries Limited w.e.f 21st November, 2025
