The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.50 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.75 per cent at Rs 10.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.00 per cent to Rs 9.85 crore from Rs 13.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 35.71 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.50 per cent to Rs 1.05 crore as against Rs 1.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 18.67 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 5.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 26.09 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.23 crore).
