The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.27 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.16 per cent at Rs 346.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 303.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.73 per cent to Rs 338.99 crore from Rs 292.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.00 per cent at Rs 1.38 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 27.69 per cent to Rs 7.94 crore as against Rs 10.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.57 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 1.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.99 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.41 per cent at Rs 2.31 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.55 crore).
