The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.65 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 112.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 34.87 per cent at Rs 95.50 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.86 per cent to Rs 73.84 crore from Rs 59.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 11.27 per cent at Rs 3.85 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 85.60 per cent to Rs 21.66 crore as against Rs 11.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 37.54 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 34.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.88 crore, while Taxation increased by 109.39 per cent at Rs 3.79 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.81 crore).
