The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.95 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.90 per cent at Rs 55.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.58 per cent to Rs 51.34 crore from Rs 56.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.81 per cent to Rs 3.94 crore as against Rs 3.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.56 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.70 crore, while Taxation increased by 170.00 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
