The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 95.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.28 per cent at Rs 1.10 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.41 per cent to Rs 0.71 crore from Rs 0.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1500.00 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.43 per cent to Rs 0.39 crore as against Rs 0.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.05 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 375.00 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
