The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.66 per cent at Rs 17.11 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.14 per cent to Rs 16.37 crore from Rs 19.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 53.85 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.47 per cent to Rs 0.75 crore as against Rs 1.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.72 per cent in September quarter.
