The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.80 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 744.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.96 per cent at Rs 87.40 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 80.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.43 per cent to Rs 84.28 crore from Rs 79.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1004.55 per cent at Rs 2.43 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 205.88 per cent to Rs 3.12 crore as against Rs 1.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 181.10 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 2500.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 3350.00 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.02 crore).
