The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.95 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 36.67 per cent at Rs 25.27 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.38 per cent to Rs 23.94 crore from Rs 34.89 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.51 per cent at Rs 29.42 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 29.57 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 73.25 per cent to Rs 1.34 crore as against Rs 5.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.85 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 75.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.63 crore, while Taxation decreased by 84.77 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore (Sep'24 Rs 7.55 crore).
