The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.85 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.15 per cent at Rs 106.87 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.92 per cent to Rs 95.00 crore from Rs 79.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.89 per cent to Rs 11.86 crore as against Rs 9.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.46 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 11.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.49 per cent at Rs 2.30 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.79 crore).
