The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.24 per cent at Rs 83.22 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 112.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.43 per cent to Rs 95.80 crore from Rs 118.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 15.90 per cent at Rs 24.23 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 28.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 106.91 per cent to Rs -12.58 crore as against Rs -6.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 181.04 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 82.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.94 per cent at Rs 1.91 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.89 crore).
