The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.27 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.16 per cent at Rs 34.91 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.74 per cent to Rs 34.33 crore from Rs 26.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 214.29 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.64 per cent to Rs 0.58 crore as against Rs 0.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 42.31 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 160.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.52 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.75 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
