Considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30, 2025 along with Limited Review Reports.\r\nIn this regard, we attached herewith the following;\r\no Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2025\r\no Limited Review Reports\r\n2. Approved the appointment of M/ s. N. A. Vakharia & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the finandal year 2025-26 in compliance with the Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made there under.
