The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.27 per cent at Rs 242.27 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 212.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.16 per cent to Rs 233.06 crore from Rs 202.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.06 per cent at Rs 3.43 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.81 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 4.36 per cent to Rs 9.22 crore as against Rs 9.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.48 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 16.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.60 crore, while Taxation increased by 101.35 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
