The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.92 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.82 per cent at Rs 17.12 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.37 per cent to Rs 10.60 crore from Rs 9.35 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.29 per cent at Rs 3.36 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.94 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 65.48 per cent to Rs 6.52 crore as against Rs 3.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.32 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 117.24 per cent at Rs 3.78 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.74 crore).
