The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 6.68 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.31 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 32.73 per cent at Rs 104.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 154.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.69 per cent to Rs 106.51 crore from Rs 153.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 267.27 per cent at Rs 8.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.73 per cent to Rs 0.62 crore as against Rs 0.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.76 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 58.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.18 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.97 crore).
