The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 4.99 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.31 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.09 per cent at Rs 19.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.93 per cent to Rs 14.70 crore from Rs 17.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.26 per cent at Rs 1.76 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.79 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.47 per cent to Rs 4.90 crore as against Rs 6.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.68 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 55.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.32 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Sep'24 Rs 10.02 crore).
