The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.77 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 24.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.11 per cent at Rs 117.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 152.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.73 per cent to Rs 98.16 crore from Rs 132.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.50 per cent at Rs 7.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.47 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.89 per cent to Rs 19.00 crore as against Rs 20.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.34 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 150.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 1922.86 per cent at Rs 7.08 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.35 crore).
