Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(a) and (c) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30.09.2025 and Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the period 30.09.2025 duly approved by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 11.11.2025.
