The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.85 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.86 per cent at Rs 113.45 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 108.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.30 per cent to Rs 102.94 crore from Rs 98.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 88.24 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.75 per cent to Rs 10.51 crore as against Rs 9.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.59 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.74 per cent at Rs 1.87 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.70 crore).
