The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.08 per cent at Rs 117.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 109.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.05 per cent to Rs 101.17 crore from Rs 96.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.17 per cent at Rs 4.30 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 4.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 21.54 per cent to Rs 16.53 crore as against Rs 13.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.50 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 16.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.81 per cent at Rs 5.25 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.14 crore).
