The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 32.71 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.50 per cent at Rs 532.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 457.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.38 per cent to Rs 486.37 crore from Rs 425.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 7.62 per cent at Rs 8.85 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 9.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 44.60 per cent to Rs 46.43 crore as against Rs 32.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.07 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 6.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 62.00 per cent at Rs 9.72 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.00 crore).
