The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.99 per cent at Rs 126.03 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 106.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.07 per cent to Rs 115.60 crore from Rs 97.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 700.00 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.19 per cent to Rs 10.43 crore as against Rs 8.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.60 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 27.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.02 per cent at Rs 2.28 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.64 crore).
