The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.73 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.48 per cent at Rs 140.07 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 125.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.52 per cent to Rs 102.37 crore from Rs 97.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 73.14 per cent at Rs 5.35 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.10 per cent to Rs 37.70 crore as against Rs 27.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.09 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.46 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.14 per cent at Rs 10.61 crore (Sep'24 Rs 7.31 crore).
