Alchemist Corporation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. In continuation to our letter dated September 25, 2025, regarding the closure of Trading Window from October 1, 2025 till 48 hours after public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed till November 16, 2025. You are requested to take the same on record.
