The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1200.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 69.40 per cent at Rs 8.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 71.78 per cent to Rs 8.28 crore from Rs 4.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.54 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.26 per cent to Rs 0.41 crore as against Rs 0.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.44 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 1000.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.01 crore).
