B/SCL/SE/SS/221/2025-26 dated 27th October, 2025 and pursuant to Reg 33 &Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 7th November, 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.
