The proposal to declare interim dividend on equity shares of the company for FY 2025-26, if any, shall be considered by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on 14/11/2025. The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of equity shareholders for the said interim dividend, if declared, will be Thursday, November 20, 2025.
