The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.42 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.29 per cent at Rs 82.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 71.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.32 per cent to Rs 69.36 crore from Rs 61.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 85.71 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 26.17 per cent to Rs 12.92 crore as against Rs 10.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 52.72 per cent at Rs 2.81 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.84 crore).
