The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 47.31 per cent at Rs 34.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 129.36 per cent to Rs 5.00 crore from Rs 2.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.09 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.66 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.95 per cent to Rs 29.75 crore as against Rs 21.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.66 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 28.30 per cent at Rs 6.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 5.30 crore).
