Saraswati Saree Depot Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial statements for the quarter and hald year ended September 30, 2025 and approve the change in objects clause of the Memorandum of Association subject to Shareholder's approval.
