Arisinfra Solutions Limited, through its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited (Unitern), has announced strategic partnerships with Mumbai-based Transcon Group and Bengaluru-based Amogaya Projects, strengthening its integrated model across material supply, value-added services, and full-stack real estate solutions.

The collaboration with Transcon Group expands Arisinfra’s scope beyond material solutions to include strategic planning, financial engineering, and end-to-end execution. This partnership builds on their earlier ?340 crore material value realisation project and has already achieved a key milestone with the completion and Occupation Certificate (OC) for 158,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at Transcon Ramdev Plaza. The engagement is expected to contribute ?9.6 crore in incremental EBITDA over the next five months.

Simultaneously, Unitern has been appointed as a strategic partner for Amogaya Adorit, a premium residential project on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru. Unitern will manage sales, marketing, branding, CRM, and material supply through the Arisinfra platform — offering an integrated, end-to-end project management approach that ensures faster execution, cost efficiency, and enhanced value creation.
