The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 67.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.21 per cent at Rs 378.10 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 430.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.08 per cent to Rs 320.00 crore from Rs 337.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.21 per cent at Rs 6.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.17 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 37.89 per cent to Rs 58.10 crore as against Rs 93.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 29.24 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 1900.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation decreased by 43.42 per cent at Rs 13.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 24.39 crore).
