The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.01 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.72 per cent at Rs 17.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.56 per cent to Rs 18.03 crore from Rs 13.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 205.97 per cent at Rs 4.10 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 144.85 per cent to Rs -0.74 crore as against Rs 1.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 138.73 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 21.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.69 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.65 crore).
